The Abiul Music School, EMA, started operating in the school year 2000/01 and is attended by around 60 students of both sexes and ages, assisted by teachers of music education, classical guitar, electronic organ, transverse flutes and bevel, keyboards and accordion, in addition to several traditional instruments.
Aware of the importance of Musical Education in the general education of the individual, the Foundation has been investing in reinforcing the school's teaching offer, as well as in the diversity of curricular subjects.
In order to diversify artistic and cultural intervention in musical training, the subjects of "Singing, Classical Piano, Choir and Vocal Practice" and "Music of Ensemble, Violin and Violet" are taught. Classes are open on Saturdays throughout the day, for students from 6 years old and adults.
